Booking Policy. 

All appointments over an hour will incur a $50 booking fee which will be deducted from your appointments total cost on the day. 

If you fail to provide 24-hours’ notice to cancel or you no show your appointment this fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

We send out a text message 48hrs prior to your appointment to remind you. Please reply yes to confirm and let us know you are coming. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call the salon in 5331 7675. 

Appointments. 

Appointments are highly recommended which can be made via the online booking portal, calling the salon, or sending an email request. 

If you can’t find the appointment time you are after, then it always pays to call the salon as sometimes things can be shuffled around to create time.

Skin Preparation. 

Some skin skins require you to be on Lira Clinical skin care. This allows your skin to be prepped to receive these treatments. The treatments that we perform in clinic are advanced treatments and we need to be confident that your skin is in a healthy state to be able to uptake the ingredients and treatments the best it can. By doing this we eliminate the risk. 

Treatments include Level 1 Lira Peels, Enhanced Peels and Advanced Peels

However, if you are not using Lira, there are many treatments you can still have.

Gift Voucher Policy. 

All vouchers have an expiration date of 3 years. Donation and promo gift vouchers are subject to each individual case. 

Vouchers can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. 

Loss of a gift voucher is not the responsibility of The Boutique Skin Clinic. We do the best we can to trace vouchers but sometimes this is out of control.
